02/09/2012 : The Department of Vermont Health Access (DVHA) is filing Medicaid State Plan Amendment (SPA) 11-035 to implement Medicaid coverage for comprehensive tobacco cessation services for pregnant women, including both counseling and pharmacotherapy, without cost sharing.
