Responsible for Vermont's Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), EDS is the provider services' agent; process all claims other than pharmacy; and handle provider payments of all types. Provider inquiries regarding enrollment; non-pharmacy covered services; non-pharmacy claims submittal and processing; and all payments should be directed to them.
