HP Enterprise Services Information

HP Enterprise Services (HP) is the DVHA's provider services agent. Responsible for Vermont's Medicaid Management Information System (MMIS), HP processes all claims other than pharmacy and handles provider payments of all types. Provider inquiries regarding enrollment, non-pharmacy covered services, non-pharmacy claims submittal and processing, and all payments should be directed to HP.
