As established by Vermont's Health Care Reform Legislation The state of Vermont, Agency of Human Services (AHS) the Office of Vermont Health Access (OVHA), is issuing this RFP to individuals and organizations that specialize in a full complement of services to develop and implement a comprehensive outreach and enrollment strategy to promote health care programs for Vermont's citizens. The RFP describes the State's newly-launched Health Care Reform which provides a foundation to improve quality of care, contain costs, and increase access to comprehensive and affordable health care coverage for all Vermonters.
