Grievance & Appeal/Choices for Care Appeal Legislative Reports

Act 65 of the 2007 Legislative Session directed the Agency of Human Services to provide semi-annual reports on the Grievance and Appeal process to the House Committees on Human Services and on Healthcare and the Senate Committee on Health and Welfare, and to the Health Access Oversight Committee.
