Bulletin 11-13: State Fiscal Year 2012 Coverage Changes - This bulletin changes over-the-counter (OTC) drug coverage to a smaller, more defined list of cost-effective OTC products which are demonstrated to be clinically safe and appropriate. These changes are for Medicaid, VHAP, and VPharm beneficiaries. These rules are anticipated to be effective beginning on February 11, 2012. [Secretary of State ID #11P-034]
