- Request for Information (RFI) Regarding Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Supplies (02/28/2008): The State of Vermont, through the Office of Vermont Health Access, is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to Providers that supply Durable Medical Equipment (DME) and Supplies to gather information to assist the State in development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) that will be issued in the future.
