The State of Vermont, Agency of Human Services, Office of Vermont Health Access, is issuing an RFP to procure a contractor to implement and operate a Medicaid Reach Up Transportation System. The contractor is expected to provide for, arrange, and facilitate reimbursement of transportation for Vermont Medicaid eligible persons; training/employment-related transportation for Vermont Reach Up participants; and emergency transports for patients who have been involuntarily committed to a hospital for mental health crisis.
